Hi everyone, Nurse Jenny here!

At Caring Hearts Psychiatry Inc., we are constantly looking for ways to bridge the gap between mental wellness and physical health. We know that the mind and body aren't two separate entities, they are a deeply connected ecosystem. That’s why I am so incredibly excited to announce that we are expanding our dream team for our latest campaign, CURVE Collective: Sexy, Curvy, Cool!

We are on the hunt for a very specific kind of expert. We aren't looking for a "diet coach" who counts every almond or shakes a finger at a piece of cake. We are looking for our Nurturing Foodie. We need a Compassionate Expert, a Registered Dietitian or Licensed Nutritionist who understands that food is more than just fuel; it’s care, it’s culture, and it’s a vital part of mental health.

If you believe that weight loss is simply the "cherry on top" of a well-nourished life, and you have a passion for helping women find peace with their plates, read on. This might be the home you’ve been looking for.

The Vision: CURVE Collective: Sexy, Curvy, Cool!

The CURVE Collective is our way of saying that every woman deserves to feel confident, powerful, and healthy exactly as she is, while also supporting her goals for growth. Our tagline, "Fueling your Glow-Up," isn't about a superficial transformation. It’s about an internal radiance that comes from being properly nourished, physically and emotionally.

In our collective, we have Cleo, who provides the "Tough Love" and the movement push. She’s the one who gets our ladies moving and feeling strong. But every movement needs a balance. That’s where the Nurturing Foodie comes in. You are the heart of the kitchen. While Cleo provides the push, you provide the pull: the gentle, supportive guidance that ensures no woman ever feels shame about what she eats.

Beyond Calories: The Philosophy of True Nourishment

When we talk about "fueling your glow-up," we aren't talking about restriction. We are talking about true nourishment. Based on the latest research into metabolic psychiatry, we understand that being nourished extends far beyond macronutrients.

There is a profound difference between nourishment and nurturing. Nourishment is the physiological act of providing your body with nutrients. Nurturing, however, is the act of encouraging positive development and well-being through that nourishment. You can eat a salad and be nourished, but if you eat it while feeling guilty or stressed, you aren't being nurtured.

Our Nurturing Foodie will help our community explore the multiple pillars of true nourishment:

We want to help our clients move away from the "diet" mindset and toward a "nourish" mindset. If you’ve spent your career advocating for an anti-diet approach, you are exactly who we are looking for.

Why Nutrition Matters in Psychiatry

You might be wondering why a mental health clinic like Caring Hearts Psychiatry Inc. is so focused on food. The answer lies in the "Hungry Brain."

We often see clients struggling with emotional eating or the complex cycle of stress eating. For many, food has become a source of anxiety rather than a source of strength. By integrating a Nurturing Foodie into our wellness coach services, we can address the biological roots of these behaviors.

Whether it’s helping a client manage ADHD symptoms through better nutrition or supporting someone navigating the world of oral GLP-1s, our Nutritionist will be the guide who makes the journey feel safe and sustainable. We believe that clinical supervision is the ultimate "hack" for long-term success, and your expertise is the missing piece of that safety net.

What We’re Looking For (The "NUTRITIONIST ICON")

We aren't just looking for a resume; we’re looking for a vibe. We need someone who is science-backed but warm: like a best friend who also happens to have a deep understanding of biochemistry.

Your Profile:

You will be responsible for creating content, guiding our members through healthy, stress-free meal planning, and providing the supportive "fuel" that powers our collective.

Join the Glow-Up!

This is part one of our three-part series on building the CURVE Collective dream team. We are building something special here: a space where women can reclaim their relationship with their bodies and their minds.

If you are ready to help us redefine the "glow-up" through nourishment instead of restriction, we want to hear from you. We want the person who looks at a kitchen not just as a place to cook, but as a place to heal.

How to Apply:

Email your interest to veronica@chpsychiatry.com with the subject line "NUTRITIONIST ICON".

Tell us why you are the Nurturing Foodie we’ve been searching for. Share your philosophy on the "Hungry Brain" and how you help women find their "Sexy, Curvy, Cool" self through the power of food.

We can’t wait to meet you and start this journey together. Let’s fuel this glow-up!

Warmly,

Nurse Jenny
